The Art and Craft Room at Vidyapeeth is a vibrant and inspiring space that nurtures creativity, innovation, and experiential learning among student-teachers. It serves as a dynamic platform where future educators actively engage in a variety of artistic and craft-based activities such as drawing, painting, sketching, paper craft and creative design. This room goes beyond the development of artistic skills—it equips student-teachers with the ability to integrate art into teaching, making the learning process more engaging, meaningful, and student-centered. Designed to promote “learning by doing,” the Art and Craft Room encourages student-teachers to explore their imagination and express their ideas freely. It provides opportunities to create attractive teaching aids, charts, models, and instructional materials using low-cost and locally available resources.
